摘要
目的:分析早期康复护理在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2016-03-01~2017-10-31收治的脑卒中吞咽障碍患者118例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各59例。对照组采用常规临床护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施早期康复护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:护理前两组吞咽功能障碍程度评分、神经功能缺损评分(national institute of health stroke scale,NIHSS)、运动功能量表评分(Fugl-Meyer)和日常生活能力量表评分(modified barthel index,MBI)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组吞咽功能障碍程度评分、NIHSS评分、Fugl-Meyer评分和MBI评分均明显优于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者实施早期康复护理,能够促进患者吞咽功能的恢复,改善健康状况,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods：A total of 118 patients with dysphagia after stroke were selected from March 2016 to October 2017,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,59 cases in each group.Control group were given ordinary nursing,and observation group were given early rehabilitation nursing on the basis treatment of control group.The nursing effect were compared.Results：Before nursing intervention,there were no significant differences in dysphagia,national institute of health stroke scale（NIHSS）,FuglMeyer and modified barthel index（MBI）between two groups（P〉0.05）.After nursing intervention,the dysphagia,NIHSS,Fugl-Meyer and MBI in observation group were better than those in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The implementation of early rehabilitation nursing can improve the rehabilitation of swallowing function in patients with dysphagia after stroke,and strengthen their health,which is worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
