摘要
目的:探讨低频脉冲电疗仪配合康复视频运动干预在脑卒中患者康复中的应用。方法:选取2020年1月~2023年5月我院收治的70例脑卒中患者的临床资料。按照随机数字表法将上述患者分为观察组(n=35)与对照组(n=35)。对照组在常规治疗基础上使用康复视频运动干预,观察组在对照组基础上使用低频脉冲电疗仪治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能[美国国立卫生院研究卒中量表(NIHSS)]、运动能力[Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)]、平衡能力[Berg平衡量表(BBS)]、步行功能[功能性步行量表(FAC)]、血清指标[S100钙结合蛋白B(S100B)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)]以及并发症情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率94.29%高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05)治疗后,观察组患者FMA、BBS、FAC评分以及BDNF水平高于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者NIHSS评分以及S100B、NSE水平低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症率8.57%与对照组并发症率17.14%比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低频脉冲电疗仪配合康复视频运动干预在脑卒中患者康复中的应用良好,可改善患者神经功能、运动能力、平衡能力、步行功能、血清指标且安全性良好。
Objective:To explore the application of low-frequency impulse electrotherapy apparatus combined with rehabilitation video exercise in the rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods:The clinical data were collected from 70 patients with stroke admitted to the hospital between January 2020 and May 2023.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35).On basis of routine treatment,control group was treated with rehabilitation video exercise,while observation group was treated with low-frequency impulse electrotherapy apparatuson basis of control group.The clinical curative effect,nerve function[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)],motor ability[Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA)],balance ability[Berg Balance Scale(BBS)],walking function[Functional Ambulation Classification(FAC)],serum indexes[S100 calcium-binding protein B(S100B),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)]and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The response rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(94.29%vs 77.14%,P<0.05).After treatment,scores of FMA,BBS and FAC,and BDNF level in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while NIHSS score,S100B and NSE levels were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between observation group and control group(8.57%vs 17.14%,P>0.05).Conclusion:Application effect of low-frequency impulse electrotherapy apparatus combined with rehabilitation video exercise is good in the rehabilitation of stroke patients,which can improve nerve function,motor ability,balance ability,walking function and serum indexes,with good safety.
