摘要
目的分析纤维支气管镜灌洗在治疗儿童重症肺炎中发挥的效果。方法选择洛阳市妇女儿童医疗保健中心在2015年4月至2017年4月诊治的重症肺炎患儿106例进行治疗分析,根据治疗方法的不同将患儿分为研究组和对照组各53例,研究组患儿在基础治疗上加用纤维支气管镜灌洗,对照组患儿仅进行一般基础性治疗,比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果和血气指标改善情况。结果研究组患儿治疗的总有效率为94.33%,对照组患儿治疗的总有效率为77.35%,研究组患儿的治疗效果更好,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.29,P<0.05);研究组患儿PaO2、PaCO2、SpO2明显好于对照组患儿,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为24.61、32.74、26.58,均P<0.05)。结论采用纤维支气管镜灌洗治疗儿童重症肺炎有着非常好的临床效果,患儿症状改善明显,安全可靠,值得临床治疗与推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of bronchoalveolar lavage on children with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 106 cases of hospitalized children with severe pneumonia in Luoyang Women＇s and Children＇s Medical Care Center were selected from April2015 to April 2017 for analysis.They were divided into study group and control group according to therapy with 53 cases in each group.Patients in the study group were treated with bronchoalveolar lavage based on basic treatment,and those in the control group were provided with basic treatment.The clinical curative effect and improvement on blood gas indexes were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.33%,and it was 77.35%in the control group.The total effective rate was better in the study group with statistical significance（χ2=6.29,P〈0.05）.The blood gas indexes of PaO2,PaCO2 and SpO2 in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group（t value was 24.61,32.74 and 26.58,respectively,all P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment effect of bronchoalveolar lavage on children with severe pneumonia is very good,and the children＇s symptoms are improved obviously with safety.It deserves clinical treatment and promotion.
