摘要
目的探索RNA实时荧光恒温扩增技术在儿童肺炎支原体肺炎中的应用意义,建立早期诊断儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的有效方法提供基础资料。方法收集284例诊断为儿童肺炎的患者,均给予相同的治疗方法,使用RNA实时荧光恒温扩增技术(SAT)检测治疗前后肺炎支原体抗体(MP-Ig G),并比较治疗前后发热时间、白细胞构成比差异。结果 MP肺炎患儿的SAT阳性率明显升高(P<0.01);随着治疗时间的延长,MP-Ig G阳性率呈增高趋势(P<0.01)。随着SAT转阴时间延长,MP肺炎患儿发热持续时间越长、中性粒细胞百分比升高,淋巴细胞百分比降低(P<0.01)。结论 SAT法是评价MP肺炎发展和愈合的有效指标。
Objective To explore the application significance of RNA real-time simultaneous amplification and testing( RNA real-time SAT) for the detection of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,in order to provide basic information for establishment of early diagnosis method of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods 284 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected and they were treated with the same therapeutic method. RNA real-time SAT was used to detect mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody( MP-Ig G) before and after treatment,and the differences of fever time and the leukocyte constituent ratio before and after treatment were compared. Results The positive rate of RNA real-time SAT in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae increased significantly( P〈0.01). With the prolongation of treatment time,the positive rate of MP-Ig G showed an increasing trend( P〈0.01). With the prolongation of RNA real-time SAT turning-to-negative time,the duration of fever in children with mycoplasma pneumonia was prolonged,while the percentage of neutrohils increased and the percentage of lymphocytes decreased( P 〈0. 01). Conclusions RNA real-time SAT is an effective index to evaluate the development and healing of mycoplasma pneumonia.
