摘要
本文在分析了高等教育实施ISO质量标准问题、传统高等教育质量管理模式特点的基础上 ,对运用ISO90 0 0标准进行高等教育质量管理的必要性和可行性进行了论证 ,提出了服务性是高等教育质量的基本特征的观念。继而对高等教育质量管理体系的基本框架进行了初步设计。
This paper presents a systematic study into some problems in the implementation of ISO quality in higher educational management. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the traditional higher education quality management model,this paper also examines and proves the necessity and feasibility of management of higher education quality by means of ISO9000 standard. This paper has put forward a concept that service is the basic characteristics of higher education quality. Then a basic framework is designed for the ISO higher education quality management system.
