摘要
以浙江交通职业技术学院成教学生为评价主体 ,采用调查分析的方法 ,对成人教育服务质量评价指标体系进行了研究 ,初步构建成人教育服务质量评价指标体系。体系的构建有助于成人教育服务机构正确了解成人学生对成人教育服务质量的要求 ,有助于提高成人教育服务质量的认识和工作水平。
In a case study of the adult education of Zhejiang Vocational and Technical Institute of Transportation, where a questionnaire is carried out among the adult students and the result is analyzed, the evaluation system for adult education service quality is studied. The construction of evaluation system helps adult education institutions to understand students' requirements for service quality and improve their weak points in adult education. It is also conducive to the transform of education notion, the overall improvement of consciousness and adult education service quality.
