摘要
目的探讨中药制剂参芪降糖胶囊联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法将我院收治的2型糖尿病患者136例随机分为对照组和治疗组,各68例。对照组在常规治疗基础上单纯使用盐酸二甲双胍片,治疗组在对照组基础上加服参芪降糖胶囊。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前、后血糖指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖基化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)]水平。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者FPG、2 h PG及Hb A1c水平均显著降低,且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论参芪降糖胶囊联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病临床效果显著,能够明显改善患者的血糖水平。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenqi Jiangtang capsule combined with metformin in thetreatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 136 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital wererandomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 68 cases in each group. The control group was givenmetformin hydrochloride tablets on the basis of conventional treatment and the treatment group was given Shenqi Jiangtangcapsule on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and levels of blood glucose indexes [fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,2h postprandial blood glucose （2 h PG）, glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1c）] before and after treatment of the twogroups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than thatin the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of FPG,2h PG, and HbA1c in the two groups significantlydecreased, and those of the treatment group were lower than the control group（P约0.05）. No adverse reactions were observedin the two groups. Conclusion Shenqi Jiangtang capsule combined with metformin has obvious clinical effect on type2diabetes mellitus, which can significantly improve the blood glucose level of patients.
