摘要
目的综述各种抗糖尿病药物所致临床不良反应的情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法对国内外近期公开报道的糖尿病治疗药物的不良反应进行整理、总结、分析。结果在糖尿病治疗过程中,随着药物剂量增加以及其他因素影响会导致很多不良反应,目前已知常见临床不良反应主要有低血糖、消化道症状、变态反应及代谢和营养障碍等。结论抗糖尿病药物的不良反应涉及系统广泛,有的后果严重,应引起临床重视,加强临床合理用药,增强治疗效果,减少患者痛苦。
Objective To provide a basis for rational drug use in clinic by reviewing clinical adverse reactions caused by all kinds of antidiabetic drugs. Methods The related references in recent years at home and abroad about clinical adverse reactions of antidiabetic drugs were collected, summarized and analyzed. Results In the process of diabetic treatment, it could cause a lot of adverse reactions along with the drug dose increased and other factors affected, and at present the commonly clinical adverse reactions of antidiabetic drugwere mainly hypoglycemia, gastrointestinal symptoms, allergy reaction, metabolism and nutrition disorder, and so on. Conclusion The adverse reactions of antidiabetic drugs involved many systems, even resulted in some serious consequences, so clinical doctors should pay more attention to the adverse reactions of antidiabetic drugs, strengthen rational drug use in clinic, enhance the treatment effect, and reduce the pain of patients.
