摘要
提出一种新型的双悬臂弯曲振子直线超声电机。悬臂振子以两个垂直方向的相同频率的二阶弯曲模态为工作模态,动子由两个悬臂振子的自由端支撑并驱动,从而实现直线运动。利用有限元法对振子进行了动态设计,对电机主要结构的尺寸参数进行了分析设计并试制了原理样机,对样机进行了实验测试,验证了该直线电机原理方案的可行性。
A new type of linear ultrasonic motor with double cantilever vibrators is presented in this paper. The working mode of cantilever vibrator is based on the second order bending mode of the same frequency in two vertical directions. The slider is supported and driven by the free end of the two cantilever vibrators so that it can realize the linear motion. The dynamic design of the vibrators is carried out by the finite element method. The dimension parameters of the stator structure and the main structure of the motor are analyzed and designed systematically, and a prototype motor is constructed and tested experimentally. It verifies the feasibility of the drive principle of the linear motor.
