摘要 由于超声马达的时变和非线性 ,使其速度与位置的高精度控制成为难题。为了提高超声马达伺服系统的精度 ,把模糊逻辑控制应用到神经网络中 ,设计了模糊神经网络控制器 ,通过模糊逻辑部分获得专家知识 ,神经网络部分调整参数 ,通过改变超声电机的驱动频率来实现精确的位置控制。在控制系统中采用 5层网络结构和误差反向传播算法 ,算法的收敛速度很快。通过实验和仿真验证了这种方法的可行性。 An accuracy control of the position and velocity of an ultrasonic motor is a difficult problem due to the time variance and nonlinearity of its parameters.This paper presents a new position control system using fuzzy neural networks.The system gets the expert knowledge through its fuzzy logic part and tunes the parameter(driving frequency) by its neural part so as to establish an accuracy control of the position of the motor.Finally the feasibility of the system is demonstrated by experiments and simulations.
