响应面及主成分分析法优选山蜡梅提取工艺研究

摘要 目的:优选山蜡梅的醇提工艺条件。方法:选取乙醇浓度、加液量、提取时间为自变量,以提取液槲皮素含量、东莨菪内酯含量、DPPH自由基清除率及综合评分值为因变量,通过响应面法优选山蜡梅醇提工艺,利用主成分分析法对优选的提取工艺进行分析与验证。结果:最佳醇提工艺为乙醇浓度70%、加液量10倍、提取时间90 min、提取次数1次。结论:优选的提取工艺简单、稳定、可行,为山蜡梅制剂的进一步开发提供参考。 Objective: To optimize the ethanol extraction process of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv.. Methods: The concentration of ethanol, the amount of ethanol and extraction time were selected as the independent variables, and the content of quercetin, the content of scopoletin, the DPPH free radical scavenging rate and the comprehensive score were used as the dependent variables. Response sur- face methodology was used to optimize the ethanol extraction process, and the extraction process was analyzed and verified by principal component analysis. Results: The optimum ethanol extraction technology was as follows: extracting 90rain with 10-fold amount of 70% ethanol, cxtration for 1 times.
