氨氯地平联合瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病合并高血压患者心功能、心率、血压及颈动脉内膜中层厚度的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨氨氯地平联合瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病合并高血压患者心功能及心率、血压及颈动脉内膜中层厚度的影响。方法选取2015年4月-2018年3月收治的60例冠心病合并高血压患者作为研究对象,随机平均分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组予以氨氯地平治疗,观察组在此基础上加施瑞舒伐他汀治疗。比较治疗后两组心功能及心率、血压及颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)。结果治疗前,两组心功能指标、心率、血压、IMT比较,组间均未见显著差异心率、血压、IMT。治疗后观察组LVEF显著高于对照组,SBP、DBP、IMT显著低于对照组,插一句有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平联合瑞舒伐他汀可有效改善冠心病合并高血压患者心功能及血压水平,减小IMT厚度,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of amlodipine combined with rosuvastatin on heart function,heart rate,blood pressure and carotid intima-media thickness in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension. Methods Sixty patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group( 30 cases) and control group( 30 cases). The control group was treated with amlodipine and the observation group was treated with rosuvastatin. The heart function,heart rate,blood pressure,and carotid artery intima-media thickness( IMT) were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results Before treatment,heart function,heart rate,blood pressure,and IMT were not significantly different between the two groups. There was no significant difference in heart rate,blood pressure,and IMT between the two groups. After treatment,LVEF in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and SBP,DBP,and IMT were significantly lower than those in the control group,and one sentence was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusions Amlodipine combined with rosuvastatin can effectively improve the heart function and blood pressure of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension,and reduce the thickness of IMT,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
