摘要
牛传染性鼻气管炎(IBR)是由牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒(IBRV)引起的以上呼吸道炎症为主的一种牛的急性、热性、接触性传染病,呈世界性流行,给养牛业造成了巨大的经济损失。此病目前尚无特效治疗药物,疫苗接种和扑杀是当前主要的防控措施,因此,建立快速准确的检测方法,显得尤为重要。文章从该病的病毒分离和鉴定、血清学及分子生物学等方面对IBRV的最新实验室检测方法研究进展进行了综述,以期为IBR的诊断和防控提供参考。
Bovine infectious rhinotracheitis（IBR）is an acute,hot and contagious disease in cattle that is mainly caused by bovine contagious rhinotracheitis virus（IBRV）. It has caused huge economic losses in cattle industry. There are no specific therapeutic drugs for the disease. Vaccination and culling are currently the main prevention and control measures. Therefore,establishing a rapid and accurate detection method is particularly important. This article reviewed the progress of the latest laboratory detection methods for IBRV from the virus isolation and identification of the disease,serology and molecular biology,etc.,in order to provide reference for the diagnosis and prevention and control of the IBR.
