小剂量喹硫平联合帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效及对患者血清神经递质的影响 被引量:3

Effect of small dose quetiapine combined with paroxetine on generalized anxiety disorder and its effect on serum neurotransmitters in patients

摘要 目的将小剂量喹硫平和帕罗西汀联合应用于广泛性焦虑症(generalized anxiety disorder,GAD)的治疗中,探讨其临床疗效以及对患者血清神经递质的影响。方法选取本院收治的GAD患者76例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各38例。对照组给予帕罗西汀治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予小剂量喹硫平联合治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后血清神经递质水平及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗后2、4、8周HAMA、CGI-SI评分较治疗前均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中研究组HAMA评分治疗后2、4、8周下降程度明显优于对照组,CGI-SI评分治疗后8周下降程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后NE、5-HT、DA水平较治疗前均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中研究组下降程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论将小剂量喹硫平和帕罗西汀联合应用于GAD临床效果显著,能有效降低患者焦虑程度,改善血清神经递质水平,且减少不良反应,值得临床推广应用。 Objective The treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) was combined with a small dose of quetiapine and paroxetine to explore its clinical efficacy and its effect on patients' serum neurotransmitters. Methods 76 GAD patients in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group, 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with paroxetine and the research group was treated with a small dose of quetiapine combined on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, serum neurotransmitter level and adverse reactions were com- pared between the two groups. Results Two groups of 2, 4, 8 weeks after treatment in patients with HAMA, CGI - SI score before treatment were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), of which the team HAMA score 2, 4, 8 weeks after treatment decreased sig- nificantly superior to control group, CGI - SI score 8 weeks after treatment decreased significantly better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); NE after treatment in both groups, 5 - HT, DA levels before treatment were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), which drops group was significantly better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion The small dose quetiapine and paroxetine combined applied in clinical effect is remarkable, GAD can effectively reduce the patients' anxiety, improve the serum levels of the neurotransmitter, and no increase in adverse reactions, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
