摘要
目的探讨帕罗西汀联合喹硫平治疗在广泛性焦虑障碍中的应用效果。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月新疆医科大学第一附属医院心理医学中心收治的200例广泛性焦虑障碍患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签分组法将其分为两组,每组各100例。观察组患者实施帕罗西汀联合喹硫平治疗,对照组患者采用单一帕罗西汀治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、焦虑情绪评分、心输出量、促甲状腺激素、三碘甲状腺原氨酸、四碘甲状腺原氨酸指标水平、不良反应总发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的时间、组间、交互作用比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);组内比较结果显示:两组患者治疗后2、4周的焦虑情绪评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较结果显示:观察组患者治疗后2、4周的焦虑情绪评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的心输出量、促甲状腺激素、三碘甲状腺原氨酸、四碘甲状腺原氨酸水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论帕罗西汀联合喹硫平对广泛性焦虑障碍的治疗效果十分显著,并且不良反应发生率较低,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of Paroxetine combined with Quetiapine therapy in patients with generalized anxiety disorder.Methods A total of 200 patients with generalized anxiety disorder from December 2019 to December 2020 treated in the Institute of Clinical Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected as research objects,they were divided into two groups by random drawing method,with 50 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with Paroxetine combined with Quetiapine,and control group was treated with Paroxetine alone.The total effective rate,anxiety score,cardiac output,thyroid stimulating hormone,triiodothyronine,tetraiodothyronine indexes levels and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences among groups,time point and interaction(P<0.01).The results of intra-group comparison showed that the anxiety scores of the two groups were lower than those at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of inter-group comparison showed that the anxiety scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cardiac output,thyrotropin,triiodothyronine and tetraiodothyronine levels of patients in observation group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Paroxetine combined with Quetiapine is effective in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
