摘要
产业系统与教育系统在运行机制、发展策略、行动准则、改革方式以及主体构成等5个方面有着较大的差别。这种差别可以被视为过去产教融合过程中各种内在矛盾的源头。解决这些内在矛盾,需要在产权保护、风险分担、点面合作、问题导向和互益组织5个关键点上取得突破。最终,这些矛盾的解决应实现"资源融通""供需协调""利益融合"和"愿景统一"的产教融合理想图景。
Industrial systems and education systems have great differences in five aspects: operational mechanisms, development strategies, action guidelines, reform methods and subject composition. These differences can be seen as the source of various internal contradictions in the process of the integration of industrial system and education system in the past. To resolve these internal contradictions, we need to make breakthroughs in five key points: protection of property rights, risk sharing, point-to-face cooperation, problem orientation, and mutual benefit organization. Ultimately, we can achieve an ideal picture of the integration of industrial system and education system in four aspects: resource integration, supply and demand coordination, convergence of interests,unification of aims.
