摘要
新工科建设是一次工程教育的范式革命,也是地方应用型本科高校发展的一次新机遇。宁波工程学院作为地方应用型高校转型发展的试点和新工科发展联盟成员,积极开展新工科建设探索,机器人学院就是本次实验的重点。在这次实验中,机器人学院进行办学机制探索,尝试开展"政产学研资用"一体化实践,摸索产教融合的新路径;开展创新教学,以项目制教学为核心,重构跨学科融合、多专业交叉的基层教学组织;建立教师共同体,构建新型教学团队,致力于培养复合型创新创业人才;推进评价制度改革,强化过程评价和立体化评价。
The construction of new engineering courses is a paradigm revolution in engineering education,and it is also a new opportunity for the development of local applied undergraduate colleges and universities.As a pilot for the transformation and development of local applied universities and a member of the New Engineering Development Alliance,Ningbo University of Technology is actively exploring the construction of new engineering disciplines.The robotics college is the focus of this experiment.In this experiment,the first is to explore the school-running mechanism,try to carry out the integrated practice of"government,industry,education,research and funding",and explore a new path of integration of industry and education;the second is to carry out innovative teaching,with projectbased teaching as the core,and reconstruct a grassroots teaching organization that integrates interdisciplinary and cross-specialties;the third is to establish a teacher community,build a new type of teaching team,and focus on cultivating compound innovative and entrepreneurial talents;finally,to promote the reform of the evaluation system,strengthen process evaluation and three-dimensional evaluation.
