摘要
以北京市不同学区20所中小学校的教师为调查对象,通过对1342份数据的统计分析,探讨教师职业成长机会、教师效能感、组织支持感与知识共享的作用机制。结果表明:职业成长机会对中小学教师知识共享具有显著的正向影响;知识共享效能感、组织支持感在职业成长机会与知识共享的关系中具有中介作用,即职业成长机会分别通过知识共享效能感和组织支持感对中小学教师的知识共享产生影响,而一般自我效能的中介作用不显著。
Based on the questionnaire survey of 1342 teachers from 20 primary and secondary schools in different school districts of Beijing, an investigation was made of the functions of career growth opportunity, teacher efficacy, perceived organizational support, and knowledge sharing. The results indicate that career growth opportunity has a positive effect on knowledge sharing of primary and secondary school teachers; the efficacy of knowledge sharing and perceived organization support play a mediating role in the relation between career growth opportunity and knowledge sharing, i.e. career growth opportunity exerts an influence on the knowledge sharing of primary and secondary school teachers through the efficacy of knowledge sharing and perceived organization support respectively. However, the intermediary role of self-efficacy is not significant.
