摘要
试验选用植物生长调节剂吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、萘乙酸(NAA)和生根粉(ABT1),设置5个浓度梯度和4个处理时间梯度,对水栒子嫩枝枝条进行处理,统计并计算其生根率。结果显示:IAA、IBA、NAA和ABT1生根粉分别在100 mg·L^(-1)浸泡4 h、150 mg·L^(-1)浸泡4 h、100 mg·L-1浸泡3 h、150 mg·L^(-1)浸泡4 h时,生根率最高,分别为41.7%,48.3%,52.5%,58.8%,其中以150 mg·L^(-1)的ABT1号生根粉浸泡处理4 h,水栒子嫩枝扦插生根率最高,效果最好。
In the experiment, plant growth regulators indole acetic acid(IAA), indole butyric acid(IBA), naphthylacetic acid(NAA)and ABT1 were selected, and five concentration gradients and four treatment time gradients were set to treat the softwood of Cotoneaster multiflorus Bge, the rooting rate was counted and calculated. The results showed that the rooting rate was the highest when IAA, IBA, NAA and ABT1 were soaked in 100 mg· L^(-1) for 4 h, 150 mg· L^(-1) for 4 h, 100 mg· L^(-1) for 3 h, and 150 mg· L^(-1) for 4 h,and the rooting rate were 41.7%, 48.3%, 52.5%, 58.8% respectively. In conclusion, ABT1 in all the 4 growth regulators had the best effect, and the optimal concentration and treatment time were 150 mg· L^(-1) and 4 h, respectively.
