摘要
为了提高桃金娘的生根率,采用L9(3^4)正交设计,研究不同部位、基质、生根剂及浓度等4个因子对桃金娘扦插成活的影响。结果表明:半木质化的插穗+泥炭土∶珍珠岩(2∶1)+IAA 500 mg/L的组合生根率最高,可达97.9%,适宜在园林生产推广及运用。
In order to improve the rooting rate of myrtle cuttings,a L9(3^4)orthogonal design was made to analyze the effects of four factors,stems,substrates,rooting agents and concentrations,on the survival rate of myrtle cuttings.The results showed that the myrtle cuttings with the treatment of semi-lignified cuttings+peat soil:perlite(2:1)+IAA 500 mg/L had the highest survival rate,which was upto 97.9%.This treatment was suitable for propagation of myrtle plants for landscaping.
