摘要
通过经典算法和有限元算法分别对某电站水轮发电机转子支架在不同工况下运行的合理性分析,并从刚度、强度和经济方面对结构提出了优化方案。目前该结构机组已经投入发电,运行状况良好,证明优化后的支架结构有效合理,为企业带来了一定的经济效益。
With the classic calculation method and the finite element method,the states of the rotor bracket for hydro-turbine generator in a hydropower station under different working conditions are analyzed. Then,an optimization design scheme is proposed for the bracket structure considering the stiffness,strength and economy. Practical operation of the generator unit shows that the optimization is effective as the bracket structure operates well and satisfactory economic benefit is obtained.
