不同比例柴油/PODE_(3-4)混合燃料喷雾特性的对比研究

摘要 搭建了光学可视化喷雾试验台,利用高速相机和纹影仪拍摄了纯柴油以及掺混不同比例(20%、50%)PODE_(3-4)的柴油/PODE_(3-4)混合燃料的喷雾发展图像。然后利用MATLAB编程将图片信息化,分析了不同比例柴油/PODE_(3-4)混合燃料在蒸发状态下气液两相的喷雾特性,结果表明:在纯柴油中掺混PODE_(3-4),可以有效改善燃油的破碎雾化效果,使喷雾前端、喷雾整体都有更多的液相燃料蒸发成为气相燃料,气相长度和气相面积比例均增加,并且随着PODE_(3-4)掺混比例的提高,混合燃料的破碎雾化以及蒸发效果更好。 The experiment was conducted under the diesel fuel and two diesel blends fuels of 20% and 50% by volume fraction of PODE(3-4). The trial platform was constructed to carry out a visual constant volume chamber and the high pressure common rail test bench. The high-speed photograph technique and schlieren system were applied to capture the diesel fuel and the diesel/PODE(3-4) blends free jet spray images. Then the picture information is used by MATLAB programming to analyze the spray characteristics of the gas and liquid two phases in the evaporation state of the diesel/PODE(3-4) blends fuel with different proportions. The results showed that:in the pure diesel mixed with PODE(3-4),can effectively improve the fuel fragmentation,atomization effect,make the spray front and the overall spray has more evaporation liquid fuel into gas fuel,gas phase length and gas phase area ratio were increased,and with the PODE(3-4) mixing ratio were improved,blends fuel atomization and evaporation effect is better.
