摘要
解决甲醇柴油的互溶性问题是甲醇代用燃料应用的关键问题,本文选择生物柴油为主要助溶剂,研究了柴油和甲醇的互溶性以及生物柴油的含量对甲醇柴油互溶性的影响和微乳化的机理。试验结果表明:单纯的生物柴油作为微乳化剂的效果不明显,但与油酸、正丁醇、异丁醇、异戊醇等制成复合表面活性剂时的微乳化效果较好;随着生物柴油含量的增加,共溶区的面积也增加,但当甲醇的含量达到一定程度时,即使再增加生物柴油的含量,共溶区的面积也不会增加。
The key problem in application of substitutive fuel is to solve the mutual solubility of diesel oil with methanol, so the formation of methanol-diesel micro-emulsion, with bio-diesel as main surfaetant, had been examined. The experimental result showed that the mixed surfactant with oleic acid, n-butylalcohol or other middle carbon alcohol and bio-diesel was superior to the single bio-diesel surfactant, the influence on eutectic area of micro-emulsion was analyzed with different content of bio-diesel. The amount of surfactant decreased and the eutectic area of micro-emulsion increased with the increase of bio-diesel content,but it was up to an extremum when the methanol content reached to a range. So there existed an optimum proportion.
