摘要
目的为提高配置中心护士工作积极性,稳定护理队伍,基于点值法建立静脉药物配置中心护理绩效管理模式。方法医院配置中心于2017年1月成立配置中心绩效考核小组,经过多次讨论及调研,最终确定采取点值法计算工作量及调查临床科室满意度两方面计算绩效工资,并应用满意度量表、工作倦怠量表通用版及自制的临床科室满意度问卷进行实施前后的效果评价。结果实施后护士满意度及临床科室满意度均得到提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);护士工作倦怠感较实施前降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论基于点值法建立的配置中心护理绩效管理模式是公正可行的,获得科室护士的一致认可,使配置中心整体护理服务得到提高。
Objective To improve the enthusiasm of nurses in the intravenous drug configuration center,stabilize the nursing team,nursing performance management model in intravenous drug configuration center was set up based on point value method.Method In January2017,the performance appraisal group was established in the intravenous drug configuration center. After several times of discussion and research,point value method was finally chosen to calculate the workload and investigate clinical departments' satisfaction,so as to compute performance salary.Then satisfaction scale,job burnout scale general version( MBI-GS) and clinical departments satisfaction questionnaire were used for effect evaluation before and after the implementation.Results After the implementation,the satisfaction of nurses as well as clinical departments were improved,and the difference was statistically significant( P0.01 or P0.05).The job burnout of nurses was lower than before implementation( P0.01 or P0.05),with their work enthusiasm improved and the nursing teambeing stable.Conclusion It is fair and feasible to establish the nursing performance management mode based on point value method,with the help of which,the overall nursing service of the configuration center is improved as recognized unanimously by nurses in the department.
