摘要
目的:在上海市浦东新区公利医院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)制定合理的绩效考核方案,实施绩效管理,以期提高工作效率,促进PIVAS工作质量改进和员工成长。方法:制定和实施量化和质化指标相结合的绩效考核方案,将考核结果作为绩效奖金分配和改进工作质量的参考,并加强反馈和辅导。结果和结论:通过绩效管理实践,使PIVAS员工能够按照考核标准完成本岗位工作,最大限度地调动工作积极性,提高人力资源效率和工作质量。员工和科室目标达成一致,实现统一的战略目标。
Objective:To develop and implement rational performance assessment scheme in pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS)of Gongli Hospital of Shanghai Pudong New District,so as to increase efficiency,improve work quality and promote the growth of the working staff.Methods:The performance assessment scheme was developed and implemented in combination with quantitative and qualitative targets,and the evaluation results were taken as reference data for bonus distribution and work improvement,and in addition,efforts should also be made to get feedbacks and give guidance to consumers.Results and Conclusion:Through the performance management practice,PIVAS medical personnel could fulfill their professional work in accordance with the evaluation criteria,working enthusiasm was aroused,what was more,human resource efficiency and work quality were all improved.Finally,both individual and department goals reached consensus and unanimous strategic targets were achieved.
