摘要
目的探明综合护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症合并糖尿病患者在围手术期的价值。方法选2016年1月—2017年12月该院收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症合并糖尿病患者,随机分为常规组和综合组各30例。常规组常规护理,综合组综合护理。观察护理效果。结果综合组手术前后血糖的变化、感染发生率、患者及家属满意度均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对于腰椎间盘突出症合并糖尿病患者进行综合护理能防止感染发生,提高患者及家属满意度。
Objective This paper tries to investigate the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of lumbar disc herniation with diabetes mellitus. Methods 60 patients from January 2016 to December 2017 with lumbar disc herniation complicated with diabetes mellitus were selected. The patients were randomly divided into routine nursing group（n=30） and comprehensive nursing group（n=30）. Routine nursing and comprehensive nursing were used to observe the nursing effect. Results The change of blood glucose, incidence of infection, and satisfaction of patients and relatives before and after surgery in the comprehensive group were better than those in the conventional group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive care for patients with lumbar disc herniation combined with diabetes can prevent infection and increase patient and family satisfaction.
