摘要
目的:本文将对结肠癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期应用胰岛素方式进行研究。方法:将接收的80例结肠癌合并糖尿病患者作为试验对象,患者均处于围手术期,将患者分为对照组与观察组。对照组给予多次皮下注射胰岛素,观察组给予胰岛素泵皮下持续注射,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者空腹血糖与餐后3h血糖水平低于对照组患者,观察组达到正常血糖水平(2.52±0.26)d短于对照组(4.94±0.44)d;观察组低血糖发生率7.2%明显低于22.5%。结论:针对结肠癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期患者,使用胰岛素泵方式,可以有效控制患者血糖,改善患者病情,促进患者预后,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the perioperative insulin therapy in patients with colon cancer and diabetes mellitus. Method 80 patients with colon cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus who were enrolled in our hospital were selected as the trial subject. Patients were in perioperative period,they were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given multiple subcutaneous injection of insulin,the observation group received continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump,comparison of the clinical effects of two grpous of patients. Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the normal blood glucose level was（2. 52 ± 0. 26） d in the observation group was shorter than that of control group（4. 94 ± 0. 44） d. The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group（7. 2%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（22. 5%）. Conclusion For the patients with colon cancer and diabetes mellitus perioperative period,the use of insulin pump can effectively control the blood sugar of the patients. To improve the patient＇s condition and promote the prognosis of the patient is worthy of clinical promotion.
