摘要
目的观察局部外用咪喹莫特联合臭氧油对于尖锐湿疣激光术后的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年2月至2018年5月诊疗的60例尖锐湿疣患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组各30例,治疗组采用CO_2激光治疗后外用咪喹莫特联合臭氧油,对照组采用CO_2激光治疗后外用咪喹莫特联合环丙沙星凝胶。对两组患者术后2周、4周进行复诊和随访,记录其创面愈合及尖锐湿疣复发情况。结果治疗组的患者创面愈合率86.7%高于对照组60.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的患者复发率30.0%低于对照组56.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在尖锐湿疣CO_2激光治疗后,患处局部外用咪喹莫特联合臭氧油临床疗效显著,有利于黏膜创面愈合和降低其复发率,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of external use of imiquimod combined with ozone oil after laser operation of condyloma acuminatum. Methods Sixty condyloma acuminatum patients were retrospectively analyzed from Feb 2017 to May 2018 and were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with CO 2 laser for external use of imiquimod combined with ozone oil and the control group was treated by CO 2 laser therapy with imiquimod combined with ciprofloxacin gel. They were followed up at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation, and the wound healing and condyloma acuminatum recurrence circumstance were recorded. Results The wound healing rate was 86.7% in treatment group, which was higher than that of the control group 60.0%, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）; and the recurrence rate 30.0% in treatment group was lower than that of the control group 56.7% with statistically significant difference （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion External use of imiquimod combined with ozone oil after laser operation of condyloma acuminatum is effective. It was good for mucosal wound healing and can reduce recurrence rate. Therefore, it is worth for clinical practice.
