摘要 智能温控自调速风扇以STM32单片机为MCU,通过对环境温度、PWM占空比和被控制电机的工作电压之间的映射关系建立了三者彼此之间的数学模型。建立三点加权平均数据处理模型对采集的温度数据和电机两端的电压数据进行处理。在增量式PID算法中加入STM32对PWM占空比的实时控制,从而实现了对电机的实时恒压控制,以6 V小型风扇为实验对象,实验结果表明电机从启动经过2 s左右的时间就能达到控制电压,通过温度阶跃响应实验,表明了电机对温度阶跃响应具有较快的响应速度和较高的控制精度。 Intelligent temperature-controlled self-paced fan takes the STM32 microcontroller as the MCU, according to the ambient temperature, PWM duty cycle and the controlled motor's voltage, established a mathematical relationship between them. The three-point weighted average data processing model is established to process the temperature data and the motor voltage data. Accordingto the incremental PID algorithm, and the real-time control of PWM duty cycle basedon STM32 is added to the algorithm to achieve real-time constant voltage control of the motor,took the 6 V small fan as the experimental object, and the experimental results show that the motor can reach the control voltage about 2 seconds after the startup, the temperature step response experiment shows that the motor response isfast and high-precision.
