摘要
近年来,石油农业高消耗、高投入、不可持续的生产方式越来越难以适应社会发展需要,而倡导绿色、循环、可持续的生态农业模式逐渐被大家接受,并在近30年的时间里不断发展成熟,但其发展仍有部分破解难题急需解决。例如试点工程难以实现规模化推广,农民生产积极性不高,生态农业产品缺乏市场化引导、品牌化经营等。而东北地区作为我国重要粮食生产基地,一方面,正面临严重的生态危机;另一方面,传统生产方式严重阻碍了当地农业发展,农业生产模式亟待转型,现有研究缺乏对东北地区农业发展模式的探讨。鉴于此,基于对东北地区实地调研,结合生态农业试点的成功案例,从科学技术推广、种植业结构调整、产业化经营以及土壤普查、生态修复等方面提出具体可行改进措施,旨在为东北地区生态农业发展提供科技支撑。
In recent years, oil agriculture＇s high-consumption, high-input and unsustainable production mode is more and more difficult to adapt to social development requirements. A way of being more green, re- cycling and sustainable in agriculture is gaining its popularity, and has gradually developed in the past 30 years. But there are still some urgent problems to be solved in its development. For example, promoting the experience from pilot projects is challenging, farmers lack production motivation, and ecological agriculture products are short of marketing guidance and brand management. As an important grain production base, the Northeast region is facing severe ecological crisis as well as the obstacle from traditional producing mode, which constrains local agricultural development and is in desperate need of transformation. The existing re- search is lacking in exploration into the agricultural development model in Northeast China. In view of this, this article is based on field investigation. Combined with ecological agriculture pilot of successful cases, from the science and technology promotion, planting structure adjustment, industrialization and soil survey, ecologi- cal restoration and so on, concrete improvement measures are put forward and designed to provide technology support for the development of ecological agriculture in Northeast China.
