摘要
超低排放改造后,CFB锅炉多采用炉内外两级脱硫的方式,这种脱硫方式存在最优的内外脱硫容量分配方案,使整个机组在排放达标的前提下,脱硫、脱硝物料消耗及锅炉炉效的综合经济性最高。为研究炉内外脱硫容量最佳分配方案,通过理论分析,建立炉内外脱硫容量分配优化模型。利用该模型,调取大量运行数据,测算不同边界条件下,最优的炉内外脱硫比例。结果表明,按照最优脱硫比例运行,预计实例电厂A全年节约费用108万元,相当于降低煤耗2.66 g/k Wh;实例电厂B全年节约费用140万元,相当于降低煤耗1.52 g/k Wh,说明其是兼顾节能减排的有效调节手段。
After the ultra-low emission reforming,the CFB boiler adopts two stage desulphurization method, lor this kind ot desulphunzation, there is a best internal and external desulphurization capacity distribution plan, which makes the whole unit have the highest comprehensive economic efficiency under the premise of emission compliance. In order to study the best distribution scheme of desulphurization capacity, the optimization model was established through theoretical analysis. By using this optimal model and collecting a large amount of operational data, the internal and external desulfurization ratio under different boundary conditions was calculated to guide the operation. The results show that according to the optimal desulphurization ratio, the example plant A annually saves 1.08 million yuan, which is e- quivalent to reducing coal consumption by 2.66 g/kWh ; and power plant B annually saves 1.4 million yuan, which is equivalent to reduc- ing coal consumption by 1.52 g/kWh. Theoretically, it is an effective means of energy saving and emission reduction.
