基于SOPSO算法的CFB机组联合脱硫系统经济性优化研究

摘要 为了在SO2满足超低排放的前提下,最大限度地降低循环流化床(CFB)机组联合脱硫成本,有效提高联合脱硫系统经济运行水平,以某300MW CFB机组炉内炉外联合脱硫系统为研究对象,在充分了解联合脱硫系统原理和主要影响因素的基础上,确定炉内石灰石粉喷入量、床温与炉外石灰石浆液补给量为SO2排放量控制的主要调节参数,建立联合脱硫系统的经济性模型,采用单目标粒子群优化(SOPSO)算法,求解联合脱硫系统经济性最优时主要调节参数的最佳取值。该法在满足环保指标的同时,兼顾系统运行经济性,为CFB机组联合脱硫系统节能降耗以及控制系统参数调节提供理论与方法指导。 In order to minimize the combined desulfurization cost of circulating fluidized bed(CFB) units and effectively improve the economic operation level on the premise of meeting the ultra-low emission of SO2.Taking the combined desulfurization system inside and outside a 300 MW CFB unit as the research object, fully understanding the principle and main influencing factors. Determine the main adjusting parameters of SO2 emission control, such as the amount of limestone powder injected into the furnace, the bed temperature and the amount of limestone slurry supplied outside the furnace. Establishing the economic model of combined desulfurization system. A single objective particle swarm optimization(SOPSO) algorithm is adopted to find the optimal value of main adjustment parameters in the optimal economic performance of the joint desulfurization system. This method not only satisfies the environmental protection index, but also takes into account the economy of the system operation. It provides theoretical and methodological guidance for energy saving and consumption reduction of CFB unit combined desulfurization system and parameter adjustment of control system.
