摘要
为分析导向装置对混凝土试块在静态破裂过程中的裂纹扩展规律、应变变化以及破裂形态的影响,采用导向钢管装置和内置钢片,对两种导向装置的混凝土试块裂纹扩展规律和应变变化进行对比分析。试验结果表明,钢管导向装置较内置钢片对混凝土试块的静态破碎具有更好的定向破裂效果;由于钢管导向装置具有更强的约束作用,试块裂纹的起裂时间比内置钢片混凝土试块的起裂时间晚。导向钢管对静态破裂试验具备较好的导向切块效果,内置钢片适合于试块的破碎。试验结果为静态破裂导向技术在混凝土构件中的应用提供了试验依据。
In order to study the effects of guide devices on the propagation of crack,the strain change and failure mode of concrete specimens during static cracking,two kinds of guide devices,guide tube and built-in sheet steel,were used in the concrete in this paper. The results showed that guide tube had a better effect of oriented cracking on the concrete specimen compared with built-in sheet steel. Due to the stronger restraining of guide tube,the initiation time of crack of concrete with guide tube was later than that of built-in sheet steel. The guide tube had a better effect of guiding for concrete in the static cracking test,and built-in sheet steel could be used to block breaking. The test results can provide a reference for the application of static cracking of concrete.
