摘要
本文分析了影响静态破碎剂(简称SCA)破碎性能的因素,建立了SCA结构模型。在此基础上研究了SCA的膨胀机理,提出了增加膨胀力即靠增加膨胀剂的途径。分析了喷孔的原因并提出了杜绝喷孔的理论。新模型完善了SCA理论,为开发和研制新型高效无喷孔SCA提供了一种方法。通过实验研究诸因素对SCA性能影响的基础上,采用正交实验研制了两种无喷孔的高效岩石SCA。在分析了SCA适用温度范围的基础上研制出解决全温破碎的温度控制计,实现了SCA在低温下的破碎,并提高了低温、控制、同步破碎的精确度。
A SCA structural model was established after analysis of factors that affect SCA. And based on which the swelling mechanism of SCA was investigated, and the approach for increasing the expansion force, i.e. SCA method was proposed. The reasons for blow-out and the theory for avoiding blow-out was put forward. The new model improves the SCA theory, and provides a new method for developing an effective SCA. Based on experiments made in the laboratory on all the factors that influence the properties of SCA, two types of effective rock SCA are developed in orthogonal test. After studying the temperature range of SCA, a temperature control instrument is developed for all temperature, and the accuracy of controlled fragmentation at low temperature can be improved.
