摘要
目的了解2010-2017年间四川省艾滋病检测网络实验室建设情况,为下一步全省检测实验室能力建设、检测质量提升和统筹资源提出科学依据。方法采用填写调查表和深度访谈相结合的方式,向省级、市州级和县级艾滋病实验室发放实验室信息调查表,内容包括实验室设备、人力资源、当地疫情及检测量等,回收后对调查表进行审核和统计。结果截至2017-12-31,四川省共有42家确证实验室、646家筛查实验室和2 300家检测点,覆盖疾控、临床医疗(主要指综合医院、中医院等)、妇幼、血液、司法和其他(第三方检测实验室、出入境系统等)等6大类系统。从实验室仪器设备配置统计分析发现,临床医疗机构使用化学发光法和时间分辨方法检测的比例达到56.97%。疾控系统损坏情况较严重的仪器是生物安全柜、洗板机和酶标仪,损坏比例依次是4.42%、5.44%和6.25%。结论四川省已逐步建立并完善了艾滋病检测网络实验室体系,基本满足艾滋病防治工作需求。部分地区仪器设备损坏情况较严重,有必要加大投入,增强实力。同时,应加强艾滋病防治的人力资源建设,采用灵活的人事制度,保证艾防队伍的稳定。
Objective To understand and analyze the construction of AIDS detection network laboratories in Sichuan province and provide scientific evidence for network laboratory capacity construction,improvement of detection quality and coordination of resources. Methods A questionnaire-based survey with in-depth interviews was conducted. Laboratory information questionnaires about laboratory, human resources, local epidemics and detection quantities were distributed to AIDS laboratories at provincial,prefectural and county levels. Information in retrieved questionnaires was reviewed and analyzed. Results By December 31 st,2017,42 confirmatory laboratories,646 HIV screening laboratories and 2 300 HIV testing point laboratories had been established covering centers for disease control,clinical medical institutions（ mainly general hospitals and TCM hospitals）,maternity and child care hospitals,blood transfusion organizations,judicial organs and other systems（ third-party laboratories and entry-exit systems）. According to statistical analysis of allocation of laboratory equipment,the proportion of the chemiluminescence method and the time resolution method in clinical medical institutions reached 56. 97%.Instruments seriously damaged in centers for disease control were biological safety cabinets（ 4. 42%）,microplate washers（ 5. 44%） and microplate readers（ 5. 44%）. Conclusion A provincial AIDS laboratory testing network has established and improved and the need for prevention and treatment of AIDS can be basically satisfied. Instruments in part regions are seriously damaged,and it is necessary to increase investment and improve working abilities. Additionally,human resource construction for prevention and treatment of AIDS should be enhanced and a flexible human resource system should be adopted to ensure stability of the working team for AIDS prevention.
