医学图像融合配准技术在肿瘤放射治疗中的应用研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的 :分析图像融合配准技术在肿瘤放射治疗中的相关问题,进而提高融合配准的精度,达到精确放疗的技术要求。方法:分析图像融合配准技术在肿瘤放射治疗中的应用方式,研究图像融合配准结果的评价方法,指出影像传输中数据丢失对图像融合配准技术的影响。结果:提出将定位CT与常规MRI、功能影像磁共振波谱(MR spectroscopy,MRS)、磁共振扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)、PET等进行图像融合配准,并依此精确勾画肿瘤靶区是图像融合配准技术应用的方向。结论:选择合适的配准方式、研究配准结果评价的定量分析方法对于确保图像配准的精度以及患者得到可靠的放射治疗具有重要意义。 Objective To explore some items related to applying medical image registration and fusion technology in cancer radiotherapy to execute precision radiotherapy based on enhanced registration accuracy. Methods The application mode of image registration and fusion technology was analyzed in cancer radiotherapy, and the evaluation of image registration and fusion results was studied, and the influences of data loss during image transmission were determined on image registration and fusion technology. Results It’s pointed out that outlining cancer target based on image registration and fusion through positioning CT, conventional MRI, functional imaging MRS, DWI, PET and etc. Conclusion Image registration and quantitative analysis on registration result evaluation contribute to ensuring image registration precision and radiotherapy reliability.
