摘要
通过分析国内木薯淀粉及木薯干消费现状,以及木薯颗粒淀粉和木薯干在运输及加工成本的对比,可知随着小型薯类设备的普及,在市场价格杠杆的作用下,木薯颗粒淀粉将取代大部分木薯干。
Through the analysis of cassava and cassava starch consumption status, and comparison with the cost of transportation and processing, the results showed that the popularity of small potato equipment in the market, price leverage, cassava starch granule would replace most of the cassava.
