摘要
目的探讨对脑血管疾病患者应用综合康复治疗的临床效果。方法选取该院2016年1月—2017年1月期间收治的78例脑血管疾病患者的临床资料,按照入院顺序,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组中包含40例患者,对其给予常规康复治疗;观察组中包含38例患者,对其给予综合康复治疗。观察两组治疗后日常生活活动能力(ADL)的改善情况,并对各组的治疗总有效率作出比较。结果观察组治疗前的日常生活活动能力评分为(45.21±4.98)分,和对照组的(45.87±4.92)分比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.507 7,P>0.05);但在治疗后,观察组的日常生活活动能力评分提高至(66.32±5.87)分,比对照组的(50.12±6.98)分高,组间差异有统计学意义(t=9.565 6,P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率为97.37%,明显比对照组的80.00%高,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=15.033 7,P<0.05)。结论对脑血管疾病患者给予综合康复治疗的临床效果显著,能够改善其神经功能,恢复其日常生活活动能力,从而提高患者生活质量,值得进一步推广与应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of general rehabilitation treatment of patients with cerebrovascular diseases. Methods 78 cases of patients with cerebrovascular diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from January2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission order, the control group with 40 cases used the routine rehabilitation therapy, while the observation group with 38 cases used the general rehabilitation therapy, and the ADL improvement situation was observed, and the total treatment effective rate was compared between the two groups. Results The ADL scores in the observation group and in the control group before treatment were respectively（45.21±4.98）points and（45.87±4.92）points（t=0.507 7, P〈0.05）, after treatment, the ADL score in the observation group increased to（66.32±5.87）points, which was higher than that in the control group（50.12 ±6.98）points, and the difference was obvious（t=9.565 6, P〈0.05）, and the total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（97.37% vs 80.00%）, and the difference was obvious（χ^2=15.0337, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of general rehabilitation treatment of patients with cerebrovascular diseases is obvious, which can improve the nerve function, and recovery the ADL ability thus improving the quality of life, and it is worth further promotion and application.
