摘要
目的探讨早期综合康复训练对脑梗死患者的康复效果及对NHISS评分的影响。方法选择我院2015年1月~2016年6月收治的脑梗死患者83例,1例因转院治疗脱落,最终收录有效病例82例,生命体征稳定。既往肢体活动正常,入院存在不同程度的偏瘫,排除合并严重的心、肺、肝、肾功能不全及血液系统疾病者。在常规治疗的基础上采取早期综合康复训练,比较患者治疗后的康复治疗效果,及治疗前后的NIHSS、FMA及ADL评分的变化情况。结果 82例脑梗死患者采取早期综合康复训练治疗前后NIHSS、FMA及ADL评分比较结果显示,治疗1、3个月后,所有患者的NIHSS、FMA及ADL评分分别较治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义,其中,治疗3个月后,所有患者的NIHSS评分较治疗前及治疗1个月后显著降低,而FMA及ADL评分较治疗前及治疗1个月后显著升高,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期综合康复训练能显著提高脑梗死患者的康复效果,且降低NHISS评分,改善患者的神经功能及运动功能,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the influence of early comprehensive rehabilitation training on rehabilitation effect and NHISS score in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 83 patients with cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were＇enrolled in this study. One patient was excluded dueto referral treatment, and 82 cases were included in the final case.with stable vital signs. Physical activity of the patients was normal inthe past, and there were different degrees of hemiplegia at admission. The patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction and blood system diseases were excluded.The early comprehensive rehabilitation training was conducted on the basis of routine treatment. The rehabilitation effect after treatment and the changes of NIHSS, FMA and ADL scores before and after treatment in patients were compared. Results The comparative results of NIHSS, FMA and ADL scores before and after early comprehensive rehabilitation training in 82 patients With cerebral infarction showe^l that the NIHSS, FMA and ADL scores of all patients after treatment for 1, 3 months were statistically significant different from those before treatment. And the NIHSS scores of all patients were significantly lower than- those before and after treatment for 1 month. The FMA and ADL scores were significantly higher than those before and after treatment for 1 month. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Earlylcomprehensive rehabilitation training can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with cerebral infarction, and reduce the NHISS score, which also improves the patient＇s neurological function and motor function, and improves the quality of life of patients.
