摘要
介绍了WC颗粒增强Fe基粉末冶金复合材料,讨论了WC颗粒增强Fe基粉末冶金复合材料的WC含量、组织结构、制备工艺、WC颗粒形貌及强韧化机理,并指出研发一种短流程、低成本的高性能WC颗粒增强Fe基粉末冶金复合材料及其制备工艺是Fe基复合材料未来发展的趋势之一。
Fe matrix powder metallurgy composite reinforced by WC particles is described briefly.Content of WC,microstructure,preparation technology,particle morphology of WC and strengthening and toughening mechanism of Fe matrix powder metallurgy composite reinforced by WC particles is depicted.It is shown that developing a high-performance Fe matrix powder metallurgy composite material reinforced by WC particles with short process and low cost preparation technology is one of the trends for the future development of Fe matrix composite.
