摘要
从微观结构、性能、制备技术等方面详细地介绍了纳米陶瓷的扩散及烧结、超塑性和纳米陶瓷的增韧 ,分析比较了纳米陶瓷的各种制备技术 。
The research and development on the structure manufacturing technology and properties of the diffuse,sintering,superplasticity and toughening of nanoceramics are reviewed in detail.Various kinds of manufacturing technology of nanoceramics have been analysed and compared,it is pointed out that the pulse electric current fast sintering method provides a new method for nanoceramic manufacturing.
