摘要
为了使铁路货运企业更好地适应运价改革,建立动态的价格调节机制,提高在运输市场上的竞争力,本文在考虑路网结构的基础上,以综合交通阻抗为突破口,同时考虑铁路货运企业利润最大和用户均衡分配原则建立了公铁关系优化模型。在考虑实际情况和相关政策的限制条件下,最终得到经调整的供铁路货运企业决策参考的单位运价,并用算例证明了模型的有效性和实用性。
In order to better adapt to the price reform of freight market, a dynamic rate adjustment mechanism is established to enhance competitiveness in the transport market. Considering the road network structure, this paper takes the comprehensive traffic impedance as a breakthrough point, based on the principles of maximum profit of railway freight enterprises and user equilibrium assignment, optimization models are established to optimize the relationship between highway and railways. Considering the actual situation and the relevant policy restriction, a unit reference freight rate is obtained for railway freight enterprise reference. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of the model.
