摘要 针对传统基于二维平面图纸编制的消防疏散预案缺少建筑数据、实用性交互性差等问题,提出一种基于BIM的数字化消防疏散预案编制方法。以北京建筑大学教学科研行管楼为对象,建立三维参数化消防模型。基于IFC标准构建建筑信息模型,提取面向疏散的模型构件信息,将疏散区域网格化,并分析空间拓扑关系,综合利用基于Web GL的跨平台三维展示技术及VR技术,实现救援方案的可视化表达和疏散路径的动态虚拟漫游。 Conventionalfire rescue and evacuation plan lacks of infrastructure information, and has poor practicability and interaction. In view of these problems, a digital fire evacuation plan based on BIM was put forward. Choosing the administrative building of teaching and scientific research in Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture as the object, the 3 D parameterization fire model was built. Based on IFC standard, the building information model was built. The model component information for evacuation was extract. The evacuation zone was gridded. The spatial topological relations were analyzed. Through the cross-platform BIM visualization technology based on Web GL and VR, the evacuation plan visual expression and the evacuation path dynamic virtual roaming were realized.
