摘要
在推行智慧建造过程中BIM技术是一种重要工具,BIM是一种以三维数字技术为基础,集成了工程各个领域的相关信息,进行数字化表达的一种方式。BIM的应用离不开人、环境、工具和方法。伴随我国建筑行业的发展,传统意义的施工模式无法满足各方面的要求,而BIM技术因为其全面性、可视化和模拟施工等优点通过三维技术把整个建造过程都展现出来,提高了生产施工的效率,从宏观可控到细节可调,弥补了传统施工模式的不足。本文结合实际工程运用情况,对BIM智慧建造的智能建造与绿色建造两个方向进行阐述以及评价。
BIM technology is an important tool in the process of promoting smart construction.BIM is a way of digital expression based on three-dimensional digital technology,integrating relevant information about various fields of engineering.The application of BIM is inseparable from people,environment,tools,and methods.With the development of my country's construction industry,the traditional construction mode cannot meet the requirements of all aspects,and BIM technology shows the entire construction process through three-dimensional technology because of its comprehensiveness,visualization and simulated construction,which improves the production and construction.Efficiency,from macro controllable to detail adjustable,makes up for the deficiencies in the traditional construction mode.Based on the actual engineering application,this paper expounds and evaluates the two directions of intelligent construction and green construction of BIM intelligent construction.
