慢性根尖周炎患者行显微外科治疗的临床疗效分析被引量：4

摘要目的探讨慢性根尖周炎患者行显微外科治疗的临床疗效。方法选取自2014年1月至2016年1月于本院进行治疗的慢性根尖周炎患者166例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组83例。其中对照组行传统外科根尖手术治疗方案,观察组行显微外科根尖手术治疗方案。比较两组患者治疗效果、视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)。结果观察组临床有效率为97.59%,高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3天以及7天观察组VAS评分明显优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性根尖周炎患者行显微外科治疗,能够减少患者术后疼痛,有利于患者术后恢复,提高治疗有效率,具有重要的临床意义。
