摘要
目的观察无机三氧化物聚合体(Mineral trioxide aggregate,MTA)与Vitapex糊剂用于年轻恒牙根尖周炎伴根尖闭合不全的临床疗效。方法将临床82例94颗年轻恒牙根尖周炎伴根尖闭合不全的患者随机分为两组,观察组50颗患牙采用MTA,对照组44颗采用Vitapex糊剂。观察治疗6个月、12个月后两组临床疗效以及X线片的变化。结果观察组与对照组患者治疗后6个月的有效率分别为92.00%、90.91%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);12个月的有效率分别为92.00%、72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组根管治疗中疼痛发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的29.5%(P<0.05)。结论对年轻恒牙根尖闭合不全伴根尖周炎患者而言,MTA是一种较理想的根尖诱导成形材料,短期临床疗效好,长期效果有待于进一步观察。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of MTA and Vitapex paste for treatment of periapical pa- radentitis with dysraphism of root apex of young permanent teeth. Methods A total of 82 cases （94 teeth） of periapieal paradentitis with dysraphism of root apex of young permanent teeth were divided into observation group and control group. Observation group （50 teeth） adopted MTA for treatment, while control group （44 teeth） adopted Vitapex paste. Clinical effects and changes of X-rays of both groups after treatment of 6 months and 12 months were compared. Re- suits After six months treatment, effective rate of observation group and control group were respectively 92.00% and 90.91% （P〉0.05）. After 12 months treatment, effective rate of observation group and control group were respectively 92.00% and 72.73% （P 〈0. 05）. Occurrence rate of EIP in root canal therapy of observation group was 8.00%, less than that of control group 29.5% （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion For patients of periapical paradentitis with dysraphism of root apex of young permanent teeth, MTA is an ideal apexification material. Its short-term clinical curative effect is good, and long-term effect needs to be further observed.
