摘要
目的了解青岛市盲校视力残疾学生口腔健康状况,并探讨其患龋相关影响因素。方法按照WHO口腔健康调查方法和第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查要求,对青岛市盲校在校视力残疾学生162人进行口腔健康状况临床检查及口腔健康习惯和知识问卷调查。结果恒牙列期视力残疾学生137人,患龋率为54.01%,龋均为1.23,牙龈出血检出率为63.50%,牙石检出率为72.26%;替牙列期视力残疾学生25人,恒牙患龋率为12.00%,恒牙龋均为0.28。Spearman相关分析显示,是否患龋与每天刷牙次数(r=-0.579,P<0.01)、刷牙的持续时间(r=-0.457,P<0.01)及是否饭后漱口或刷牙(r=-0.432,P<0.01)呈负相关关系,与经常睡前吃甜食(r=0.557,P<0.01)、每天吃甜点的次数(r=0.519,P<0.01)呈正相关关系。结论青岛市盲校视力残疾学生口腔健康问题突出,缺乏对口腔健康知识的了解,应加强对视力残疾学生的口腔健康教育。
Objective To examine the oral health status and to determine factors that influence caries in visually impaired students of the Qingdao School for the Blind. Methods Oral health examination and oral health habits and knowledge questionnaire were conducted on 162 visually impaired students of the Qingdao School for the Blind in accordance with the oral health survey methods of the World Health Organization and the Third National Oral Health Epidemiological Survey. Results Among the 137 visually impaired students with permanent dentition,54.01% had dental caries and the mean number of decayed,missing and filled tooth surfaces（DMFS）was 1.23.The rates of gingival bleeding and dental calculus were 63.50%and 72.26%,respectively.Of the25 visually impaired students who were still within the replacement dentition period,12.00% had dental caries and the mean DMFS was 0.28.Spearman＇s correlation analysis showed that the presence or absence of caries was negatively correlated with the frequency of tooth brushing per day（r=-0.579,P〈0.01）,duration of tooth brushing（r=-0.457,P〈0.01）,and presence or absence of mouth rinsing or tooth brushing after meals（r=-0.432,P〈0.01）.On the other hand,the presence or absence of caries was positively correlated with the frequency of eating sweets before bedtime（r=0.557,P〈0.01）and the daily times of eating sweets（r=0.519,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Visually impaired students of the Qingdao School for the Blind have poor oral health and lack oral health knowledge.Oral health education should be reinforced among visually impaired students.
