《源氏风物集》一书以日本平安时代广受欢迎的大陆舶来品为中心,分析了平安贵族文化中的"唐风"元素。作者以丰富的资料,明白晓畅的语言再现了一千年前中日文化交流的盛况,阐明了中国大陆物产对平安贵族文化发展的重要意义。同时,本书从"唐物"的角度解读了多部日本古典名著,是研究日本文化、文学以及中日文化交流史的重要著作。
The book Yuanshifengwuji [Hikaru Genji＇s Favorite Luxuries] analyzes the Chinese elements in the culture of the ancient Japanese aristocracy, centering on the widely welcomed imported articles in the Heian period. The author gives a good picture of the Sino-Japanese cultural exchange of one thousand years ago in explicit language and with abundant information. The book also tells us what the Chinese products meant to the culture of the ancient Japanese aristocracy of the Heian period. Furthermore, this book interprets several classical Japanese literary works from the perspective of imported luxury, which makes this an important work in the study of Japanese culture, literature, and the history of Sino-Japanese cultural exchange.
