摘要
目的：研究分析临床护理路径对肋骨骨折患者术后恢复的影响。方法：选我院接收的肋骨骨折患者92例，入选时间为2016年8月-2017年8月。患者分组采取随机抛硬币的方式分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者实行常规护理方法，观察组患者采用临床护理路径。对比分析不同护理方法对患者术后恢复的影响。结果：观察纽患者护理满意度为95．7％，相比较对照组患者的80．4％，观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；对比2组患者住院时间、并发症发生率、疼痛评分，观察组患者均具有明显的优势，差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论：为肋骨骨折患者提供临床护理路径，在提高临床护理满意度的同时，还能够降低并发症的产生，促进患者康复，缩短住院时间，可推广应用。
Objectiv： To study the effects of clinical nursing pathway on postoperative recovery of patients with rib fractures. Methods： 92 patients with rib fracture received from our hospital were selected from August 2016 to August 2017. Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in the control group were given the routine nursing method, and the clinical nursing path was adopted in the observation group. The effects of different nursing methods on postoperative recovery of patients were compared and analyzed. Results： the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.7% , compared with 80.4% in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the time of hospitalization, the incidence of complications and the pain score of the two groups, the patients in the observation group had obvi- ous advantages, and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： clinical nursing path for rib fracture patients, to improve clinical nursing satisfaction at the same time, also could reduce complications, promote patients recover, shorten hospitalization time, could be applied.
