摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径在肋骨骨折合并血气胸护理中的应用效果及对睡眠的影响。方法:选取2016年2月至2017年7月安溪县医院收治的肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者90例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,对照组进行常规化护理干预,观察组开展临床护理路径,比较2组的护理效果。结果:观察组患者对护理服务满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院的平均时间、总医疗费用优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组心理状态、睡眠质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组泌尿道感染、手术切口感染等肋骨骨折合并血气胸并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径在肋骨骨折合并血气胸护理中的应用效果确切。
Objective： To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on the patients with rib fracture combined with pneumothorax as well as the sleep quality. Methods： According to the random number table method,90 cases of patients with ribs fracture combined with pneumothorax from February 2016 to July 2017 in Anxi County Hospital were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was giving the routine nursing intervention while the clinical nursing path was carried out in the observation group comparing the effect. Results： The satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）; the average time and total medical cost in the observation group were better than of the control group（P〈0. 05）; the psychological state and sleep quality of the observation group were better than of the control group（P〈0. 05）. The incidence of complications,such as urinary tract infection and surgical incision infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with rib fracture combined with pneumothorax nursing is effective.
